Many will have have heard our story of P.A.C.I.F.I.C.A. Inc. and how it began. For those who haven't, we invite you to take a moment to watch this video clip by Tagata Pasifika. Here Tagata Pasifika feature a compilation of 'special moments' captured at past P.A.C.I.F.I.C.A. conferences over the decades.  This clip gives you a feel of why P.A.C.I.F.I.C.A. was formed and how it continues to grow and influence Pacific success today in Aotearoa.

We acknowledge our founder Eleitino Paddy Walker and the many Pacific Women leaders who have gone before us in order to grow Pacific success. We also acknowledge our leaders who are currently leading the way forward, with our National President for P.A.C.I.F.I.C.A. INC. Tofilau Bernadette Pereira and our current National Executive team.

The landscape of P.A.C.I.F.I.C.A. has changed significantly over the past 30 years and will continue to change.  Our key challenge is to retain and strengthen our relevance for our women today and generations to come.

Succession planning is an important aspect of growing Pacific success. PACIFICA Wellington Central models this as we have embraced making Young PACIFICA members leaders within our branch executive team.

Our current Branch President for Wellington Central Branch is Natalia Fareti, our youngest Branch President to be elected into this position within PACIFICA.

On this note, we are pleased to announce the Inaugural Young P.A.C.I.F.I.C.A. Women's Conference | 16 February | Day 2. This programme is being organised and facilitated by National Executive member, Alex Tino.

Continuing our commitment to hold an annual national P.A.C.I.F.I.C.A. conference, where all women can come together to celebrate their identity and their success, is part of building a stronger and long-lasting legacy.

We hope you will partner with us in growing Pacific success.
